Works for all trades for the renovation of laboratories on the CEA site of Bruyeres-le-Chatel.
The market provides for:
A firm share including the realization of the following works:
- General services and execution studies
- Cleaning and removal of equipment work,
- Structural work and secondary work,
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) work,
- Fluid works,
-High current work (CFO),
-Low industrial current workel (CFI),
-Process work.
An optional part including the creation of 3 options detailed below:
-Option n1: supply, installation and connection of a CTA 124 double flow humidifier,
-Option n 2: supply, installation and connection of a remote control unit with automatic control forr the security lighting system,
-Option no. 3: supply, installation and connection of a new flood (water) detection unit.
An estimated portion for contingencies:
It allows the taking into account of possible (les):
- work modification form,
- site shutdown,
