This consultation concerns the maintenance and maintenance of armchairs in the public and plenary rooms of the hotel in the Bouches-du-Rhone department. The expected services are: - preventive maintenance of the armchairs of the two rooms (public and plenary), on demand (during the holidaysSchools preferably): refresh intervention for the verification of all armchairs and settings, verification of the alignment during the switch, repositioning of files, verification of bases and armrests. - Corrective maintenance: ensure the quality of the visual, theSafety and comfort of furniture, depending on needs, complete replacement of an armchair or base or a armrest; replacement of existing foams and coverings; replacement of a file over the entire length of the armchairs; change of feet mechanisms; tightnessties. HT annual amounts: minimum: 4,000 euros excl. Tax. Maximum: 22,000 euros HT.
