- Single-Awardee Framework Agreement Passed According to a Consultation Launched in an Open Call for Tenders, In Application of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-3 and R. 2161-5 of Public Order Code. It concerns an OPpic project management assistance mission with a view to verificationication and reliability of technical and economic data of an existing building. The framework agreement has no minimum amount, and a maximum amount of 900,000 Euros (excl. VAT) over its entire duration. It is carried out as and when the need arises, partly through the issuance of vouchers.Order, And Part By The Issuance Of Subsequent Contracts.
