- Call for tenders for 15 lots in the food supply market for foodstuffs for the central Escaudain kitchen which feeds the school restaurant (500 meals per day), the C.L.S.H. and some ancillary services of the town. The city of Escaudain has reinforced the presence of products from organic farming with specific lots and certain lots including a part of organic products. In addition, some lots are devoted to products benefiting from official quality and origin identification signs (SIQO) and a lot is reserved for vegan products.
