- This consultation concerns a restricted project management competition for the construction of a new building hosting the future premises of Lysed, on the territory of the commune of Charvieu-Chavagneux (38230). It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2125-1 2 , R. 2162-15 toR. 2162-26 and R. 2172-1 to R. 2172-6 of the public procurement code. La Lysed wishes to build a building located in Charvieu-Chavagneux (38230), along the boulevard des Trefileries, at the corner of rue des Terrasses on the AE 59 (2349m2) plots, intended to accommodate all of itsAdministrative services. The main objectives of this operation are (non -exhaustive list): the construction of a building with a simple and rational functionality; The building will include a council room which will be the highlight and a symbol; The work environment, modern andAttractive, will have to accommodate the population of the territory and participate in the change of image of the developing district. It will normally be entrusted to the minimum holder a new building building mission, as defined in article R. 2431-4 of the order codepublic, as well as the additional OPC and SSI missions. The final missions will be specified in the DCE transmitted to the candidates admitted to present a project. The expected level of services is sketch.
