- The passing procedure used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The services are divided into 17 lots and each of these lots will be the subject of a market. Candidateshave the possibility of submitting offers for all lots. Variants are required for lots 03 and 16. Any additional services are required for lots 04, 08, 13 and 15. The execution time for each batch is specified on the provisional calendar. This period is insertedwithin the overall execution period of 13 months (excluding 1 month preparation period). The starting point of each of these periods will be set in service order. The site visit is compulsory for lots 01, 03, 04, 16 and 17. Some prizes include a social insertion clause which aims atPromote the use of people considered a priority with regard to public employment policies. It will be reserved for the execution of this operation 3,045 hours depending on the distribution indicated inCCAP.
