Description:
New construction of the shared museum reserves of museums in the city of Le Mans, a floor area of around 3,200 m2, and a budget of 8,500,000 Euro (s) excl. Tax. The building welcomesAlso the spaces linked to the movement / management and workspaces on the collections (packaging / unpacking and state observation activities), as well as a multipurpose room for the treatment of collections.
The building will respect the regulations in force concerning environmental aspects,Carbons and energy (RE 2020, Climate & Resilience law for the occupation on the roof, etc.). There will also be a self -consumption goal for this building, via the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof. A bioclimatic design is expected.
