- Modernization work with maintenance of low current television installations and access controls, and maintenance visits to motorized garage doors of individual dwellings. The purpose of this CCTP is to set the conditions under which the holder must ensure: - Televisionision and access controls: work on television and access control equipment (excluding installation of new panels), occasional renovations of installations, annual preventive maintenance visit of this equipment. - Automatic garage doors: weekly visitsmaintenance manuals for motorized garage doors in individual dwellings. The services will be located in 3 geographical sectors corresponding to the Mayenne Habitat agencies: - Sector 1 NORTH Mayenne - Sector 2 CENTER Mayenne - Sector 3 SOUTH Mayenne.
