- The consultation concerns the following services: Cleaning and reception of the wastewater sanitation networks of La Thierache du Centre. The services, subject of this contract, include in particular: Hydrodynamic cleaning of pipes and lifting stations and treatment of wastehets Pompes; Pumping And Treating Grease And Sand From Our Treatment Units; Effluent Diversion; Television inspection of all types of pipes; Leak Tests; Carrying out conformity checks. Interventions will mainly be in Rearead about the municipalities of Sains-Richaumont, Vervins, Fontaine Les Vervins, La Capelle, Le Nouvion En Thierache, Boue, Plomion, La Flamengrie and Buironfosse, which are already equipped with a sanitation network. However, the Holder may be required to intervene in municipalities which could bee Equipped With Sanitation Networks Before The End Of The Market. This is a framework agreement for purchase orders launched in the form of an adapted procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1, R. 2123-1 and R. 2162-2 Al.2 of Public Order Code. This Framework Agreement for Purchase Orderswill be concluded without an annual minimum and with an annual maximum of 50,000 euros (excluding tax).
