- The purpose of this consultation aims at the laundry bleaching services for establishments (technical management, autonomy residences, and EHPAD) of the City of Paris Social Action Center (CASVP). The places of execution of the services are indicated in annex n 1 at the notebook of the clausesParticular (CCP) entitled "List of CASVP sites". The following departments are concerned: Paris, Paris region (91, 92, 93, 94), and Aisne (02). The description of the services as well as their technical specifications are indicated in the specific clause notebook (CCP). THEThis framework agreement has passed in the form of an open tender defined in articles L.2124-1 and R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161- 6 of the public procurement code. This market is a mono-attribute framework agreement which runs as the order of order orders are issued in applicationArticles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. On the basis of article R2162-2 of the public procurement code, the market fixes all the terms for execution by purchase orders. For lots 1 and 2, the market has passed for a period of (02) two years firm fromof its date of notification. For lots 3 and 4, durations (according to the establishments concerned) are specified in article 1.7.1 of the consultation regulations and at the CCP.
