- The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. The services are paid by unit prices. Subject to a sufficient number of tenders, the market will be awarded to a main holder and an accessory holder (see consultation payment) - orderswill be issued under the conditions appearing in the specific administrative clauses. The estimated annual amount of orders is 72,000 euros (s) HT The maximum annual amount is 90,000 euros (s) excl. The market takes effect of its notification until May 31, 2026 - it is renewable1 time for a period of 1 year. The estimated (and non -contractual) date of the notification is June 1, 2025. The consultation has passed as part of a group of orders between the city of Rouen and the CCAS of Rouen - the city of Rouen is the coordinator of saidgroup
