- The purpose of the envisaged contract is the acquisition and installation of mixed ovens (dry heat, steam, mixed), gas and electric energy as part of a replacement of existing equipment or a first installation. The ovens are intended for public educational establishments in the RGrand Est region (teaching high schools, agricultural high schools, regional adapted education establishments (EREA) and sports expertise and performance resource centers (CREPS).
Each school year, these establishments send their equipment needs to the Grand Est Region bythrough a call for projects.
The ovens must provide comfort of use, maintenance, acoustics, and allow energy savings (electricity, water, cleaning products). The services include the supply, delivery, installation, technical guarantee of the equipment (2years minimum), the training of user personnel and the recovery of old equipment in the event of replacement of existing equipment. The services are divided into five distinct lots
